Review by hotel critic
Il Nido Rustico in Ponsacco was a delightful find for us during our Italian road trip. The charming apartment was spacious and beautifully designed - we especially loved the unique red accents throughout. Silvana and Carlo, the lovely hosts, made us feel right at home, offering great tips for exploring the area and even surprising us with a bottle of wine as a gift. The convenience of having a supermarket within walking distance was a major plus, allowing us to easily prepare meals in the well-equipped kitchen. The secure parking right in front of the house gave us peace of mind, and Carlo's background as a security officer added an extra layer of reassurance.
